Wow this is really good. I used cinnamon stick.

I used a cinnamon stick in place of the ground cinnamon and 2 tbsp of honey instead of one This is delicious, like a tart apple pie tea

it was fabulous!!! I had to use 2 TBSP of raw local honey but it was great!

I would just make one change. Ground cinnamon doesn’t really mix well in water. I would suggest to buy cinnamon sticks instead, which will infuse the tea with a cinnamon taste without having floating clumps of cinnamon at the top.

No Changes. ” drink it as hot as you can stand it ” I made 2 mugs. Had a good night’s sleep.

Perfect for what ails you. To deal with the cinnamon not dissolving, try cinnamon sugar and omit the honey. Great recipe!

I made this tea and wasn’t quite sure how I would like it initially because Apple cider vinegar is strong, however this tea was quite tasty. I would recommend giving this tea a try.

Very good and HEALTHY morning tea to help me wake up!! I increased the honey to 2 Tbs to help cut through the strong vinegar/lemon taste. Overall great tea, plan on drinking this daily for a little “boost.”

I didn’t make any changes in this tea and I did enjoy it, also I want to know if it’s okay if I take it first thing in the morning before meals

Lovely, tarty, comforting. Thank you.

It was okay. I can get past the taste but the Ground Cinnamon didn’t really dissolve and I didn’t like that.

Instead of 1 tablespoon of raw honey, I actually used maple syrup and it tasted just as good

To be honest, the ingredients ratio is ridiculous in this recipe. Too much apple cider vinegar and not enough other ingredients to balance things out. Vinegar has a kick to it, and the lemon will only up that kick, not settle it. Plus, more honey is needed. This recipe is more sour than it needs to be.

Really good tasting. Helped with kidney stones

I was a little reluctant to drink acv, so I started with half the recipe. The full recipe seems too much to drink. It wasn’t bad at all. Definitely need to cut back the cinnamon. Plan to drink it again for the health benefits.

Made the first time as a morning drink and found it soothing and not nearly as vinegary as I’d expected.

I love this recipe. It’s summertime but I still love it. I added 1 tbs. honey to make it sweeter and I love it. Definitely recommend!
