Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 ½ teaspoons pure maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
- Place apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, salt, and pepper in a bowl or jar. Stir until well combined. Add olive oil and stir until incorporated.
- I use an immersion blender to combine ingredients.

This was so simple and so outstanding. I blanched some fresh green beans, tossed them with this vinaigrette and refrigerated for 30 minutes. Great cold salad on a hot day. The Apple cider, Dijon and maple syrup were a great combination and a big hit!
