Ingredients
- 3 apples, chopped
- 3 pears, chopped
- 2 peaches, pitted and chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, torn
Instructions
- Add the apples, pears and pieces to a large bowl. Squeeze the juice from the limes over fruit. Add the honey and mint leaves, and toss it all together to coat. Serve immediately or chill until ready.

Wasn’t a fan of the mint so I would do less or even omit it but other than that it’s a light and simple side

This is so easy and absolutely delicious.! I love not having to peel the fruit before hand.. I made a smaller amount and used 2 apple, 2 pears, and one peach. I didn’t have fresh mint, but it still was super fresh tasting. I will definitely make this again. Great side dish for summer fruit!
