Ingredients
- 6 cups baby spinach
- 1/2 cup Marie’s® Blueberry Pomegranate Vinaigrette
- 1/4 cup toasted walnuts
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup carrots, shaved
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled
Instructions
- Toss spinach with Marie’s® Blueberry Pomegranate Vinaigrette. Add in walnuts, blueberries, pomegranate seeds, carrots and cranberries. Top with crumbled goat cheese. Serve immediately.

this salad is delicious and was quick & easy to put together for dinner tonight. i have plenty of leftovers for lunch tomorrow too- will definitely be making this again!
This is a really good salad to take to work for lunch. I substituted a different cheese because I don’t really care for goat cheese. The dressing is very complementary.
