An awesome alternative to cranberry relish at Thanksgiving — this is wonderful and easy too! Love it
Beautiful and satisfying recipe. I added some Jicama, and some papaya as well. A touch more lime juice, and a dash of sea salt.
Forever a favorite.
A wonderful summer fruit salad. I skipped the pomegranate (not in season) and added chopped crystallized ginger and zest and juice of one lime. The key to this is ripe mangos, otherwise some sugar may be needed. Better the next day.
I just saw this this past weekend and I just had to give it a try. This is great. Next time I am going to put some Greek yogurt in like blinkyharper>
Great taste and super healthy! I used all the fruit listed in the recipe, but I just added banana since we had some at home. Will make it again!
What a zippy and fresh salad. I substituted peach for mango and it so refreshing and tasty. Thanks Nigella.
So refreshing, healthy and easy to make, I mix it with greek yogurt for lunch. Thank you. Binky
What a great mix of fruits! I think I could eat this salad every day.
While I’m not sure about her method for cutting mango (I ultimately used pre-sliced ones!), this entire salad–and her method for getting pomegranate seeds out–was fantastic. This is a great morning salad or packaged up for a mid-day snack. And its so healthy too!
I really like this salad and plan on having it again and again. It’s not a combination I would have thought of, I’m glad Nigella did. Thanks!
