I modified a tuna salad recipe I found to create this one. My husband, who is a very picky eater, frequently requests it since it is so excellent! Enjoy your dinner and give yourself a pat on the back for eating well.

Nice and light. Liked the cranberry and Granny Smith apple add in!
Have made it several times for a quick and easy meal for myself. It is delicious and healthy. I double the green onion.
This is really good! The flavors all compliment each other nicely and there’s not an over abundance of mayo like some recipes…it’s a perfect balance. I will definitely make this again.
Made this salad as a sandwich since I didn’t have fresh spinach on hand. Used gala apples too. One word…WOW! It’s delicious! Definitely a keeper and I can’t wait to make a spinach dish with it.
I liked the additions here for a different take on tuna salad. I also added a little chopped celery and was thinking that some chopped pecans would work here, too. The amount of each ingredient is just right. I did let it chill the hour and had half over greens with oil and vinegar for dinner along with some homemade pickled beets and onions. I’ll have the rest on a pita for lunch tomorrow. Thanks for the good recipe!
I used raisins instead of cranberries and 1/4 chopped white onion instead of green. I also added some crushed pecans for a crunchy texture. I put the tuna on a bed of spinach un chopped. Delectable!
This was pretty good. Slight changes I made: used miracle whip instead of mayo, used 2 5oz cans of tuna, and added 1/4 tsp of garlic powder. My kids loved the sweet and crunchiness of the apples. Great simple recipe.
Really good. I increased lite mayo to 1/4 cup, decreased craisins to 2 tbsp and added a squirt of fresh lemon juice.
Very tasty! The cranberries go great in this recipe. The mayo is perfect proportion to the tuna. This is my new go to recipe!
It’s so nice to have a light tuna salad with lots of good crunchy bits. This is my go-to tuna salad now. Be forwarned it does not hold together like normal tuna salad, so will spill out of the bread. Make sure and serve it on a plate with a fork to pick up the fall-out.
Good recipe. I didn’t add salt or pepper though. I think I’ll add celery next time instead of green onions. I’ll also do Greek yogurt instead of mayo. (I used Olive oil mayo this time which was slightly healthier than regular mayo.)
Best tuna salad i ever made. I added a hard boiled egg and some sweet corn and i mixed mayo w plain yogurt and some lemon juice . It came out creamy, delicious and looking great.
This is a nice change from traditional tuna salad. Makes a good sandwich too. My daughter really liked it to. Will definitely make it again
If you like twists of regular recipes. This is amazing.
Add celery and omit green onions! Can be served over romaine instead of spinach, too.
Delicious! I did make one small tweak I didn’t use cranberries… I’m on a Paleo friendly vibe at the moment and used an olive oil mayo but it was sooooo good!
Very good. Will definitely make for lunch when having friends over
The apple and the cranberries help offset the fishy taste, for those who’d rather lighten the tuna flavor. I love tuna, but really enjoyed the sweet juicy addition of the fruits. Easy and satisfying.
Great option when you don’t want the typical pickle relish version!! I’ve done with dried raisin, cherries and cranberries (whatever was in the pantry). I add some celery and curry powder to round out the sweetness.
I added boiled eggs. I took it to a luncheon at church and everyone said it was good.
Made exactly as listed but added a sprinkling of roasted sunflower seeds and used raisins instead of dried cranberry because I had those on hand. This was really good! This will be a great addition to lunches.
