Definitely could have cut bigger cubes or cooked with less time. But delicious! I used the dill even though that sounded funny, and you don’t taste it. But something really bright out the flavor of the sweet potatoes, maybe the dill.

This recipe delivers on its’ promise – crispy, smoky, and delicious. I used uncured chicken bacon and had no trouble with burning at the recommended temperature and time. I served the hash along side grilled pork chops (hash is not just for breakfast, people). But, I am excited about trying it with a sunny-side up egg on top next time. I may also try adding peppers and onions as well.

Simple and tasty!

Great hash! I used avocado oil instead of olive oil, higher smoke point for the air fryer. I also added some veggies for my personal preference. Onion and red bell pepper went in with the sweet potatoes, and then kale went in the last 4 minutes. I had thick cut bacon, which cooked perfectly with this recipe cook time (16 min). I could see bacon slices in regular thickness being done too soon and getting burnt, so a consideration on when to add. Great recipe, very good! I served over steel cut oats with a side of scrambled eggs and avocado with everything but bagel seasoning.

I didn’t have the dill, but tried anyway. Great, simple recipe. The hubby (who eats almost no veggies) went back for seconds and said he could eat a whole plate full.

I make this a couple times a week for breakfast. I don’t use sweet potatoes, I use baby golden or other kinds of the gourmet potatoes. I chop the bacon up into small pieces and in make the scrambled eggs in a skillet and combine the cooked potatoes and bacon into the skillet with the scrambled eggs. I warm my tortillas and throw cheese and red chili on top and enjoy!

The seasoning amounts were great. We did not use bacon and it took twice as long to cook in our air fryer. Maybe next time I’ll add a little water to increase cook time if we don’t use bacon again.

Great flavor from the variety of seasonings! I served this for brunch topped with an egg. My air fryer does not go up to 400F, so I cooked it at the 390F preset. At 10 mins, the bacon (1/2″ pieces) was starting to burn, so I think next time I will add the bacon in halfway through cooking. A nice change of pace from the usual hash browns at breakfast.

We really liked this. I had to use cubed pancetta, which cooked a bit more than I would have liked but we still enjoyed it. I also increased the amount of bacon. Keeping the size of the yams in proportion to the bacon is essential. This goes very well with eggs. Thank you for the recipe.

Delicious – a keeper for sure! I doubled the bacon (we love bacon), and it still turned out really well. The seasoning is just the right amount!
