Great recipe! I had two small but thick sirloin steaks that I cut up and marinated all day for cooking that evening. I did replace the chile flakes with the same amount of chopped garlic as I had no chile flakes. I cooked it in my 4 quart basket style air fryer for 8 minutes, shaking several times. The dish came out a rich brown color and the meat melted in my mouth. So pretty and so good! I’ll try using a reduced sodium soy sauce instead of the Worcestershire the next time I make this, as the Worcestershire taste was a bit too strong for us. Will definitely add this recipe to my air fryer recipe rotation. Thank you.

This was delicious! I just finished eating. Since it’s just me, I just used about a 4 oz. sirloin and about half a 4 oz. can of mushrooms. I just cut the steak up with scissors, added everything into a bowl, mixed it up and only let it sit for about 10 minutes. Didn’t measure spices, just kinda eyeballed it. I did use coarse salt. Definitely a keeper!

Added Dale’s Steak Seasoning to the marinade. Awesome!!

This was OK, it was certainly easy. The steak stayed kind of chewy though at the stated time/temp. I’ll try it again and maybe cook it a shorter time. The mushrooms were awesome seasoned like this!

Made this one a couple times now just as described and it came out really good in my air fryer. Will make it again.

Sounded so good but was a let down. Cooking at directed temp/time left the meat fairly tough. Not a whole lot of flavor pops out in this one. Rating it a 2 for ease of prep and method of cooking. Believe I’ll stick with pork, chicken and fish in the air fryer.
