These spicy scallops go well with rice, spaghetti, lettuce wraps, tacos, and other dishes as well as on their own. If preferred, serve with lemon wedges.

These came out tender and juicy, but mine were quite spicy. I did leave out the chili powder and cayenne pepper and used some chipotle powder I had instead. I only cooked them for 7 minutes because my air fryer/oven runs slightly hot. I used some parchment paper in the basket, but it tended to collect a good bit of juices that made a mess upon removing the basket. Next time I’ll put a tray underneath. I’d make these again and cut back some on the heat or maybe find some kind of sauce that would cut the spiciness.

I added a little more oil than I should have. It might have been crispier if I kept to the original. I’d try this spice mix with fresh chicken pieces. Tasty and not over-hot spice level.

These turned out really good! I put a parchment liner down to limit the mess. They were moist and delicious. I did just use regular paprika which I had on hand with some other seasonings.

Very good! Not to spicy for me or my husband. Will definitely make again!
