  9. After 15 minutes, the cauliflower will still have some crunch; cook for an additional 5 minutes if you want it softer. The timing really depends on the size of the cauliflower, so check frequently.

Very good, didn’t change anything.

This was GREAT. But read others and take the advice… DO NOT bake for 15 minutes. 8 to 10 is fine. Add the Chili powder like someone else recommended. Fantastic

This was just ok. I made it as directed and think that it needed additional seasonings. I won’t be making it again.

Added a few additional seasonings with lemon juice (& capers) & substituted active nutritional yeast & pine nuts. SO yummy!

I was so impressed by how quickly the cauliflower roasted and started getting crispy. I feel like it was half the time it would take in a conventional oven. Drizzled hot sauce over and ate as a snack. So delish!

No way is this recipe intended for fresh cauliflower. The first time I made this was with a head of fresh cauliflower in a FrenchMay 3.7 qt 1500 watt air fryer. After 15 minutes at 400F it turned into incinerated cauliflower which stunk up the house for days. The second time I made this recipe was with frozen cauliflower florets at 400F for 15 minutes and the cauliflower came out pretty decent. And the directions to preheat your air fryer makes me wonder if recipe writer understands the concept of air frying, or if they have ever used an air fryer.

First of all this was way too salty. Disappointing flavor over all.

I had to use olive oil, and it took about 3-4 tablespoons, upped the spices. Next time I’ll put it all in a big baggie to coat better and probably use less. Took just about 15 minutes. I ended up adding about 1/4 cup of onion to add some more flavor – if you are strict keto, make sure to count those carbs, but it really made it much better IMO. Thanks so much for the great recipe, needed a new twist on this keto staple.

Great way to change up cauliflower. Only change I made was using coconut oil because that’s what I had on hand. Absolutely delicious!

Amazing and delicious cauliflower. I’m loving my new grille and air fryer. Love Allrecipes too!!

I used Lowery’s Seasoning. It turned out delicious.

First time with air fryer. Ended up over cooking as I took the “add three minutes if cold” to mean if the machine was indoors. My mistake. I also cooked 2.5 cups instead of 4. I did not adjust the time downward so my outcome was shall we say “deeply browned”. First time for everything. Next time, I will use more of the ingredients and cut down on the cook time. I will plan on 12 minutes and add more as needed based upon visual inspection.

So easy and delicious! I have been tired of cauliflower for years, now I can’t wait to make this again!

15 minutes in the air fryer and it turned out perfectly. Right amount of crispy and crunch. Mixed in a sliced red pepper.

This was delicious. Just like any recipe- time and temperature may need to be adjusted based on your appliance and the size of your florets. The flavor was great. Texture was perfect. Crispy but not greasy. The smashed garlic was a nice touch. Different garlic experience than just pressing it or mincing it.

I just got a new air fryer and had a head of cauliflower in the fridge so this was my first air fryer experience. I shook it a couple of times during cooking and when I checked at 15 minutes it was burned-beyond edible! I’m thinking this is way too long on the time. I’m fine with some brown on the pieces but black is too done!

My husband, and I did not care for this one. Maybe it was us. We will not make it again.
Megan Green
It was ok, but not good enough to make again.

I love cauliflower and in the air Fryer it was quick, easy and delicious. I substituted olive oil for the peanut oil as I didn’t have any.
