Just like my mother-in-law used to make, this delectable sweet-tart plum bread has a brown sugar coating. Use yogurt that is plain, lemon, or orange.

Yield: | 15 pepperoni chips |
Ingredients
- 15 slices pepperoni (such as Hormel®)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 380 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Place pepperoni slices in the basket of the air fryer, making sure they are only slightly overlapping if need be.
- Cook for 5 minutes. Using tongs, transfer slices to a paper towel-lined plate and let sit for 5 minutes for final crisping. Eat immediately or refrigerate and store in an air-tight container.
- I wrote this up for one serving as 15 slices fit perfectly in my basket and also so that it would be easy to double or triple the recipe. These are best served immediately so I do not recommend making too many in advance.

Delicious.
I decided to try this to satisfy my cravings for chips at night. They are crunchy but be careful not to overcook
