Ingredients
- 1 serving cooking spray
- 2 pounds ground chuck
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablespoons ketchup, or to taste
Instructions
- Spray the air fryer basket with oil and preheat to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Mix chuck, egg, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, onion powder, and salt together in a large bowl. Form into 6 mini loaves.
- Place meatloaves in the preheated basket, making sure that they don’t touch. Cook for 30 minutes for well done. Smooth some ketchup over each meatloaf and cook for 3 minutes more.

Not much flavor.
Delicious! The only thing I did differently was to add black pepper to the meat mixture. My Cuisinart air fryer runs hot so I checked it at 20 minutes and the internal temperature was 164 degrees F. I topped it with the ketchup and air fried it for an additional 2 minutes. It was a little overdone for us so next time I will add the ketchup at 18 minutes and cook for 2 more minutes.
