Favorite Bundt cake of mine. Absolutely excellent, light, and moist! Likewise tasty with blueberries. Leave off the cinnamon and cloves if you’re using blueberries.

Ingredients
- 1 pound 80% lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon beef base (such as Better than Bouillon®)
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (195 degrees C).
- Form beef into 4 patties, approximately 3/4 inches thick and 4 1/2 inches in diameter. Make the patties slightly bigger than the buns to allow for shrinkage.
- Whisk together warm melted butter and beef soup base in a small bowl. Brush lightly onto both sides of patties and season with pepper. Set patties into the air fryer basket. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook them in batches.
- Air-fry patties for 7 minutes, flipping halfway through, for medium doneness. For well done, air-fry for an additional 2 minutes.
- This recipe was developed using a 2.8-quart basket-style air fryer. Results will vary depending on air fryer size and brand, and thickness of your patties. You may need to adjust cook time to achieve your preferred degree of doneness.
- If excessive smoking occurs, add water to bottom of air fryer to help prevent dripping grease from burning.

Oh my! Where do I start? I live allrecipes, trust them. So, we went to the store and got pub burgers. Made them like the directions, but had to cook longer. And let me tell ya! FANTASTIC!! I’d give you a 10 stars if I could. My burgers were already made into patties, Just did the rest of the directions. It’s a no fail/absolutely delicious burger. I’m making these from now on!!
Best burger I’ve had that wasn’t cooked on a grill. Moist, just a tad of pink. It was delicious!
It is incredible. I love it very much and it taste very nice. Thank you for this recipe. It’s the best burger recipe ever.
It’s 95° outdoors and the air is so heavy you can barely breathe! Do I want to stand outside sweating over a hot grill? I don’t think so. My air fryer to the rescue! I used this recipe for the temperature and timing. Made two quarter pound burgers, 1″ thick, mixed with two tbsp of chopped red onion, 1 tbsp chopped shredded cheddar cheese, 1 tsp minced jarred garlic, and 1/2 tsp garlic salt. Air fried at a preheated 400° for 3 1/2 minutes per side. Placed a thick slice of sharp cheddar cheese on the two burgers when cooking was complete and while the machine was still hot. Closed the drawer and allowed to sit for one minute, until cheese was melted. Burgers were cooked through, which was fine with us. Served with sliced tomatoes, potato salad, bean salad, and watermelon. Yum! Easy cleanup, and we kept our cool
Oh my goodness! These were the juiciest burgers I have ever made. We did not even use buns. Cooked perfectly! I used my own burger recipe and followed the booking instructions exactly, pausing 30 seconds prior to completion to add cheese. Definitely making this again especially during the cold months.
Wonderful! The only way to make burgers from now on.
