Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) package ground beef
- ½ red onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon hot English mustard
Instructions
- Preheat an air fryer to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Mix beef, red onion, garlic, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, and English mustard together in a mixing bowl.
- Form patties by pressing a ball of ground beef with your hand and rounding the sides to your desired size.
- Cook burgers in the preheated air fryer until firm and no longer pink in the centers, about 10 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
- You may cook these at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C); the temperature depends on your air fryer’s recommendation.
- After combining ingredients in a bowl, you can leave the mixture in a refrigerator to chill for up to 2 days, if you’d like.

Reviews
These were good. I did not add the spicy mustard. First time using my air fryer.
I added a teaspoon of turmeric .
The recipe was fantastic, however I cooked it for a home based pre school. The children won’t eat spicy so I used 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon garlic, left the red onion out and added. 1/2 teaspoon dehydrated onion, and replaced the spicy mustard with yellow mustard. They loved the burgers.. Thank you for a fast and simple burger.
