a fantastic method to make use of a smoked turkey carcass for the holidays.

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt
- Topping:
- 3 tablespoons quick-cooking oats
- 1 ½ tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ tablespoons brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 ½ tablespoons salted butter, softened
Instructions
- Preheat an air fryer to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C).
- Combine blueberries, flour, lemon juice, and salt in a small bowl. Toss to coat, then divide the mixture between two 1-cup ramekins.
- Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon for the topping in a small bowl. Mix in softened butter using a fork until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over the blueberries.
- Place the ramekins in the air fryer basket and cook until the blueberries are warmed throughout and topping is golden brown, 12 to 14 minutes.
- I find the blueberries to be sweet enough, but you can add in 1 teaspoon white sugar to the fruit, for more sweetness.
- Use any frozen fruit you like; just be aware that larger chunks of fruit will take longer to cook.

So good!!!
I added one teaspoon of flax seed and a little more butter. I cooked it in the oven at 375F for 15 minutes.
love it how can I cant more juice wonderful recipe thank you
360 for 10 minutes and 400 for 1 minutes
This was an easy delicious dessert to make in a hurry. I had 2 cups of mixed frozen berries so I doubled the recipe and it was just right for 2 larger ramekins of crisp. It only took about 10-12 minutes to cook and it was almost a bit burnt because I misread the recipe and thought it said bake at 380° so I lowered the temperature to 375°. I think next time I’ll use the proper temperature. Thanks for sharing it’s a keeper.
I couldn’t fit 2 into my air fryer so I used one bowl. It was great!
I made this exactly by the recipe (except for using Old Fashioned Oats) and loved it! A great dessert for those blueberries I picked plus it serves just the two of us. So easy and uses ingredients I always have.
This is a fast, delicious dessert for two. I made it with a mix of berries (blackberries, raspberries, blueberries) in my air fryer. I did add the extra sugar because my berries were tart. This will be an easy dessert for any occasion! Loved it!!!
Easy to make and delicious! I cut the topping down by a third because these recipes usually make WAY too much topping, however that is not the case here, next time I will make all the topping. My husband, who is not a blueberry fan, gobbled it up!
I have made this twice in 2 weeks – fresh blueberries and frozen mixed berries. Don’t skip the lemon…or the cinnamon! Used oat flour with no issues – diabetic friendly
Absolutely delish! My first successful recipe using my air fryer. I might make a bit more topping next time.
I made this for my husband and me and it was wonderful so I’m repeating this for 8 people for the Independence Day cookout
