This acai bowl was found in Hawaii. It was excellent and devoid of dairy.

Ingredients
- 1 cup acai berry sorbet
- 2 tablespoons granola, or as desired
- 4 strawberries, sliced
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2 teaspoons unsweetened coconut flakes, or as desired
- 1 teaspoon honey, or as desired
Instructions
- Place acai sorbet in a bowl and top with a layer of granola. Line strawberry and banana slices on granola layer and top with coconut flakes and a drizzle of honey.

I discovered this during my recent trip to Puerto Rico. This is healthy, delicious and very satisfying. I suggest adding pumpkin seeds and/chia seeds for added nutritional boost.
My daughter made this for breakfast when she wanted something super ymmy and healthy — happy to say it was a huge success.
