Ingredients

  1. 1/2 pounds fish (any white fish will do)
  2. 1/2 pounds shrimp
  3. 1/2 scallops
  4. 1 to 2 eggs
  5. 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  6. 1 onion, finely diced
  7. 1 scallion
  8. 1 lemon
  9. 1/2 to 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  10. Pinch pepper
  11. Pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients. Shape into burger size patties. Grill for 10 to 15 minutes or until desired doneness. If cooking indoors, fry in light olive oil. Serve on your favorite bun with tartar sauce or shrimp sauce or alone with a salad.
