I wish I could say great things about this recipe but, it was a total flop..!! Cookies never baked and too much “peanut grease” came out of the peanut butter.
One lady said horrible, wouldn’t hold together. She took the easiest recipe and flubed it up. These cookies are soooo good and mess is minimal. Love these cookies.
I run out of peanut butter as only had half a cup left so added half a cup of biscoff spread . Didn’t have white sugar so I use half a cup of light brown sugar. Ooh the aroma of the cookies were lush . Gave one to my friend without knowing what in it & she loves it she not a sweet person she loves it and went back for more lol . Told her in the end she was shocked she said best thing I ever made I can’t take the credit but thank you all recipes
Horrible wouldn’t set right at all
good stuff!
Quick and simple snack. A must for those on gluten-free diets, but I wouldn’t consider it a replacement for flour-based cookies. I cut down the sugar to 3/4 cup and I think I’ll try going to a 1/2 cup next time. I would suggest adding a little vanilla to up the flavor.
Easy quick yummy
i added some salt on top and it was A M A Z I N G! !
It’s very easy to make. However I like my cookies soft and sweeter. I used dark brown sugar instead of white and added 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. They came out delicious. My only regret was that I didn’t double the recipe.
Good recipe and very easy!!!!
I did try and make these. Sorry but they were terrible. Very runny and tasted nasty. I ended up throwing the whole thing away. And made them with my grandmother recipe and said to myself. Never again I’ll keep it the original. Don’t mess with perfection. But no I found these to be bad. Very very bad. Sorry.
Very tasty would recommend, i sprinkled a little bit of confectionery sugar on top and it put it all together. 🙂
These are so simple. And omg they are delish. My kids like to help. We make the into birds nest cookies by putting Hershey Kisses. They are gone in a blink.
Great recipe for quick easy cookies. Love it!
I love this recipe! Super easy and tasty!
So good
Great and gluten free So simple
Looks easy and good
It was an amazing recipe I had to cook mine longer but it turned out great it was a more brownie type of cookie and I highly recommend giving this 3 ingredient recipe a go!
Followed recipe EXACTLY, in spite of my misgivings. Result was hard thin little greasy peanut crisps. not fit to eat. Pigs loved them. A proper cookie must have flour of some sort and leavening, this has neither.
Excellent peanut butter cookies, just as good as the more complicated recipes. Would recommend if you don’t feel like doing the work for traditional recipe.
