2-Ingredient Peanut Butter Fudge

  4.8 – 37 reviews  • White Chocolate

The simplest fudge ever is this one. Every time I make it, I am showered with praise for how fantastic it is. This peanut butter fudge recipe is the simplest ever, yet it tastes amazing. I really hope you give it a shot and like it as much as I do.

Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 10 mins
Additional Time: 1 hr
Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins
Servings: 48
Yield: 1 8×8-inch pan of fudge

Ingredients

  1. 1 pound white confectioners’ coating (white almond bark), broken up
  2. 1 (18 ounce) jar peanut butter (such as Jif®)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with plastic wrap long enough to overhang the dish by several inches on each side.
  2. Place broken coating into a large glass microwave-safe bowl and melt on low power in microwave oven, about 5 minutes, stirring after every 30 seconds to 1 minute. When coating is smooth and creamy, stir peanut butter into coating until fudge is thoroughly combined. Spread fudge into the prepared baking dish.
  3. Refrigerate fudge until set, 1 to 2 hours. Lift fudge out of the pan using the plastic wrap for handles and slice into squares with a pizza cutter.

I tried it with almond bar and chocolate bar and about 7 cups of peanut butter. It came out great.

This is my favorite fudge and oh so simple. I prefer it with the chocolate almond bark instead of white but both are great.

I made this at Christmas time and it was so good I have had three people ask me how to make it! You really can’t mess this up

Very easy!!! Licked some of the bowl and spoon and it tastes good. So now waiting for it to firm up in the fridge.

I loved this and made it according to the recipe 2x. I have noticed it us sort of melty though: I have to keep it refrigerated and even then can only let it sit out about 45 minutes before it gets real slippery. any suggestions?

This is the ONLY kind of fudge I’ve ever tasted that I absolutely loved. It’s completely smooth with none of the sugaryness typical of even high-dollar fudge. Everyone who tastes it loves it, too. I ended up making lots, and refrigerated the leftover to harden them enough to use in the center of homemade chocolates. Kind of like homemade Reese’s, but way better than the homemade Reese’s recipe. Tip: Due to my friend’s urging and completely against my better judgment, I swirled the peanut butter and white chocolate for a pretty effect. Don’t do this. 😀 Some pieces were too soft to handle due to the instability of the peanut butter not sufficiently mixed with the harder white chocolate.

Made this for my mom’s birthday. I used regular chocolate almond bark rather than white. Tasted like a giant Reese’s PB Cup. I am now the Golden Child 🙂

Make recipe as stated, then for a Reese’s Peanut butter bar flavor melt 12oz chocolate in micowave, spread over fudge chill in frig till chocolate hardens. Yummy simple no bake Reese’s Peanut Butter Bars ( I always cut into bite size) very rich !

It was simple, only two ingredients, and no cooking. I used it to use up the rest of my almond bark and adjusted measurements. Great!

I had excellent results substituting Nestle’s Premier White Morsels for the white almond bark. I also prefer using chunky peanut butter.

Easy, quick and a hit with my friend’s 14 yr old daughter. She keeps asking, I’d like some more, please! I tried it with crunchy peanut butter and it worked well. I will be making this again.

If it’s gonna taste as good as it does from bowl. Gonna be the only way to make peanut butter fudge now. Love it!!
