Very easy, it’s not exactly gourmet but two of us finished it an a few days which for us is a good thing. I wouldn’t change anything making it again which I will.
Wicked good!
We all liked this a lot. Note for future: I doubled everything except the sausage and put in a 9×13 pan in the oven. We still thought there was too much sausage. Next time, I’ll use half as much sausage and still double everything else.
Excellent! Made per directions. 5+. Next time added fresh mushrooms and some Italian seasoning. Didn’t have smoked sausages so used regular large sausages, which I cooked and sliced before adding to the skillet. Bellisamo!
This is delicious and so easy to make! It would be good with some zucchini as well for some extra veggies!
I thought it was really good! I forgot to grab a green pepper at the store, so I used a red one that I had. Two of my kids preferred just the tortellini, so next time I may have to double up on that and reduce the sausage.
This was very tasty and easy. I used andouille smoked sausage which gave it a bit of heat. I sauted the sausage, garlic, and veggies in olive oil then transferred to a greased 9×11 dish. I added the cooked tortellini, 1 cup cheese and the jar of sauce and mixed it in the dish. Sprinled the remaining 1 cup cheese and baked for 15 min.
Great recipe! Easy to make and everyone always loves it. When I don’t have tortellini on hand, I substitute spaghetti noodles and add a little extra cheese. This one is a family fave.
Such a great dish and super easy. I have made it twice and used sweet Italian sausage both times. Big win both times. I am going to use chicken breast the next time. I am anticipating a hat trick of wins. I can’t imagine it being anything but wonderful. I did use 2 jars of marinara sauce as suggested in another review.
I added some olive oil while cooking the veggies so that they didn’t stick to my cast iron skillet. I also used a family size bag (20 oz) of tortellini so I could feed more people.
My family loves this dish! I made it exactly like the recipe and it’s delicious!!
I had to make the marinara sauce from scratch. It smells SO GOOD!
This is a very fast, very hearty, very comfort-food-y meal, and my family loves it. We’re vegetarians, so I sub in Morning Star Farms veggie sausage patties, and that works great. I follow the rest of the recipe as written.
I used Parmesan in the dish with mozzarella in top. Husband just gave it a “very good”.
My husband said it was a keeper!
I made it with cajun smoked sausage, no bell peppers or onions. I like how easy it was to make, very good.
This was so easy and everyone loved it. I make this often
Quick easy and good!!! I’m not a fan of lots of spaghetti sauce to I cut it back a little and just saved it for my husband who would swim in sauce if needed !
(Fam. of 4 )Easy, tasty: added mushrooms, spinach and brocolli for our veggie-sub. onion powder for actual onion. (testure thing w-kids) and we ate the whole thing. Made a head of time then just put in the oven when we were all ready for dinner.
Just omitted the green peppers and used turkey Italian sausage
This is very good. I needed to add more sauce to it but other than that, every time I make this I get compliments.
