One of the go-to meals in my family for using up leftover Christmas ham is this lentil soup with ham. Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top just before serving, and pair with toasted French bread.

Love this simple pie. It’s easy to make and definitely a crowd pleaser for those that enjoy lemon. The bottom layer is more tangy as it’s the concentrated lemon pudding (with lemon juice added), while the middle is more smooth, creamy, light, and sweet. I receive requests from friends and family for this pie. My only tweak is I usually make it with a shortbread crust. Yum!
Ok so plain and simple. . . . This is an easy recipe to make and is DEEEEEELISH. One of the best pies I’ve ever had and definitely hands down the best lemon pie I’ve every tasted. I am a not a baker by any means and I could have made this with my eyes closed. Just follow the instructions. One of the best things about this is that it’s super light. I have throat cancer and certain things like strong lemon can create some irritation as burning in my throat, this didn’t do this at all and went down without any problem. SUPER smooth SUPER light SUPER yummers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RECIPE
Delicious and so easy! Perfect dessert for my low country boil.
Refreshing, easy and good.
I made filling as directed. Added 1 tbl. Lemon zest
I make this dish for the holodays winter and summer and my family love it so much they fight over who takes the leftovers home.Today is my fathers turn to take it home.
Delicious, refreshing, and super easy. My 4 year old and I made this together. Great summer dessert!
My husband loves this recipe! I added an extra tablespoon of lemon juice, but I cut back on the milk by 2 tablespoon.
Super simple, light, creamy and delicious.
delicious
Yes I did. For a church dinner with the single adults in my church. They loved it.
I made this for an office party. What a success! My co-workers said they liked it because it’s light, airy, and not too tart. It’s really perfect for summer.
This is a nice and light lemon dessert! Great for taste with just a few ingrediants and no bake is perfect! You can also make this a Chocolate Triple Layer Pie too by getting 2 packages of JELLO Chocolate Instant pudding and a OREO chocolate ready made crust instead. Following directions the exact same but with the chocolate pudding instead of the lemon with the chocolate pie crust! YUM either way 5 stars!
This was delicious and amazing. It was so lite and refreshing after a heavy meal. Can’t wait to make this again this summer.
Fast & easy to prepare. Just the flavor I needed on a rainy Oregon spring day.
real weird. didnt like it. maybe if it was chocolate pudding it would have been better.
This one is a inner. So easy. So good. My wife is diabetic, so I used sugar-free pudding and lite Cool Whip. It did fine.
Yum! Just what I was craving. Thanks 🙂
This pie is so easy to make yet so good! I make this quite often during the summer, I didn’t even know the recipe was on here until today. If you love cool lemon desserts like me, then try this. It’s very refreshing and light. You could also use a store-bought pie crust, also. Just fill after the crust is baked and cooled. 🙂
This pie is okay. I used sugar-free fat-free pudding, so I don’t think mine set as well as it should have. The top layer tasted great when first made, but not as great once it set.
Very good and refreshing!
