Joyful Chocolate Overnight Oats

This uses real fruit, including lemons, limes, oranges, and grapefruit, in addition to lemonade concentrate. I love it so much.

Ingredients

  1. ½ cup rolled oats
  2. ⅔ cup Almond Breeze Chocolate Almondmilk
  3. 2 teaspoons powdered sugar
  4. 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  5. 1 tablespoon toasted slivered almonds
  6. 1 tablespoon mini chocolate chips
  7. 1 tablespoon flaked coconut

Instructions

  1. In pint jar or at least 12-ounce glass, mix oats, almondmilk, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder. Cover; refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight.
  2. To serve, stir mixture and top with almonds, chocolate chips, and coconut.
  3. Feel free to substitute in your favorite Almond Breeze almondmilk flavor.
  4. This was surprisingly good! Turned out a lot better than I was expecting considering my skill set. And it was so easy to whip up as well! It was a bit sweet for my taste; I think if I make it again I’ll add less sugar. I couldn’t finish the whole serving but on the plus side it keeps you full for a long time. Great for chocolate or sweets lovers but makes you feel less guilty cuz it’s oatmeal.

So good it is like eating dessert! I used fat free milk as I did not have almond milk on hand. I also left out the mini chips to cut calories and used trivia for the sweetener. It’s sinfully good!
