I’ve tried a number of chicken slow cooker recipes, but this one is the best. My version has been slightly modified, but I can’t recall where I first received it. Although I don’t like mushrooms, the ones in the condensed soup are enormous and simple to remove. Serve with warm cooked rice.

Ingredients
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- 1 banana, cut into chunks
- ½ cup pineapple chunks
- ¾ cup Almond Breeze Original or Unsweetened Original almondmilk
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into blender and blend on high until smooth.

I added 1 tb Chia Seeds, 1 tb Flax Seeds, & 1 tb Hemp seeds. Let it sit in frig for about and hour so that it would become nice and thick (Chia thickens it).
Yes I put 1 Tbsp of organic flaxseed in it. It taste wonderful and so good for me.
