Easy Refried Beans

To prepare a Starbucks Mocha Frappuccino at home, learn how to. This recipe was mine to develop. I was looking for something with the same flavor as name-brand products but at a lower price. I used only coffee, milk, and sugar in the straightforward recipe. For a month, the concentrate keeps well in the fridge.

Ingredients

  1. ¼ cup Country Crock® Spread
  2. 1 small onion, chopped
  3. 2 (15 ounce) cans black beans, drained

Instructions

  1. Melt Country Crock® Spread in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until tender. Stir in beans and cook, mashing with potato masher or fork, 4 minutes or until desired consistency.
