Yes, all ingredients are uncooked.
What a pleasant surprise! Sooo easy and perfect for charcuterie or dinner. This is my go-to from now on!
So easy! I love the freshness as opposed to more traditional cooked cranberry sauces. Leftovers are great in cranberry muffins or bread.
Suggestion: 1/2 teaspoon of Pure Almond Extract. Will enhance the taste.
Please confirm that these cranberries are “uncooked”.
So delicious, and so easy. There aren’t many recipes that have that combination and are inexpensive as well. I read that the relish keeps for two weeks in the fridge. This is a perfect recipe, especially because it has that it’s healthy and inexpensive as well. As close to a perfect recipe as I know.
Been doing this for years, but I use the entire orange if the skin isn’t too thick. If so I peel away some, not all. And I use half the sugar and some Monk Fruit. Less sugar that was and still good.
I made it with Clementine (2) because that is what I had at home
Added zest when I added the sugar.
Delicious!
I have done a variation of this for years.
Something else to consider is I often make for Thanksgiving is onion bread using Lipton onion soup mix. Wonderful coming out of the oven and letting butter just melt in.

Love this recipe. I have mine ready for our Thanksgiving table. We recently moved and I was stressing over this dish. I no longer was close to my favorite restaurant to buy my relish. Now I have my new favorite and no more worries!
Super easy.
