Cranberries are simply chopped with some sugar, tossed with tart green apples and celery root, and gets a punchy kick from beet horseradish.

Ingredients

  1. 4 cups cranberries (thawed if frozen)
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 1/2 cup finely diced green apple
  4. 1/2 cup finely diced celery root
  5. 2 tablespoons beet horseradish
  6. Kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Pulse the cranberries with the sugar in a food processor until finely chopped. Transfer to a bowl and stir in the apple, celery root, horseradish and a pinch of salt. Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
