I made the recipe as directed but for a snap I tried adding an oil/herb mix between the cheese a s sweet stuff, and also used a sweet heat jelly on top of the cranberry and both were awesome!

Made these for a party and we all agreed they were average at best.  If you do make them, get as big of a piece of brie as possible in the cup and go light on the cranberry sauce, otherwise you will only taste pastry & cranberry.

Didn’t really like these because they tasted more fatty and rich than anything. Despite loading the cup with as much cranberry as I could, and cutting back a little on the brie, they didn’t have enough of the tart bite to over come the fat in the dough and cheese. Wouldn’t make them again.

I made these for a dinner party and they went over very well. I did make a few changes… I rolled out the puff pastry and was able to make 36 individual bites. I also greased the mini-muffin pans first. I added a 1 inch cube of brie and then maybe a half teaspoon of raspberry preserves. I also let them cook for a total of 18 minutes. definitely a crowd pleaser!

First time I tried working with puff pastry and boy was I pleased!! You have to be a brie cheese fan to LOVE these, maybe next time I will try cream cheese instead to please the brie haters. Very tasty

I made these for the first time for Thanksgiving and they wouldn’t come out of the mini muffin pan. I didn’t grease the pan because I thought there was enough fat in the puff pastry and the recipe made no mention about having to do so. I had to pry them out with a knife-what a mess! Next time I’ll stick to the brie en croute recipe from pepperidge farm-it’s easier and less clean up.

I made these for a b-day party. I used mini puff pastry phyllo cups (store bought). I put a 1/2 inch piece of brie in the cup and made sure that I filled it up with cranberry sauce. I baked it for 5 mins and served.
I made over 95 of these for 30 people and I couldn’t make them fast enough! Everyone loved them! I will be making them again for Thanksgiving.

Good recipe, but the cooking time is not accurate in the recipe. Everytime I have made this recipe it has taken double the time to bake.
