Ingredients
- 1 ounce (about 2 tablespoons) your favorite tea
- 6 sprigs plus 6 leaves fresh tarragon
- 4 whole cloves
- 6 lemon slices, for serving
- Honey or sugar, for serving
Instructions
- Bring 8 cups water to a boil in a large pot or teapot. Remove from the heat and add the tea, tarragon sprigs and leaves, and cloves. Let steep for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Serve with lemon slices and honey or sugar.
