Great. Just great. And Molly is always smiling. Such a delight.
These are some of my favorite sweet potatoes ever! I love the spice and the sauce and the way they’re cooked, it all is so good. I’ll be making this as a side for anything grilled very soon!
Made these yummy sweet potatoes tonight for dinner. We really liked the yogurt cilantro sauce. Served with some grilled chicken and a salad. Great meal.
There hasn’t been a single recipe of Molly’s that I’ve made that I wouldn’t give five stars to. I absolutely adore her personality and she is a wizard with recipes! That said, loved this recipe, especially. I added ground turkey on top for a main dish protein and walnuts instead of pine nuts (which are crazy expensive).
This recipe was a hit with my family. I made it for Thanksgiving and the dish was gone so quickly. It’s safe to say that it’s definitely going to be a staple side dish for the holidays.
I love Molly’s recipes!! Was very excited about this one and made it for Thanksgiving and I LOVED it!! I kept the sriracha sauce off for the family but the yogurt sauce with the sweet potatoes!!!! Yum!!!!!!!!!
So good and simple to make. Tried this with carrots too and it came out great
