Everyone loved it even the kids. My wife says the only way she wants to eat steak from now on. It’s worth making.

Very delicious instead of using a half a cup of pineapple juice I did a mixture of half orange and half pineapple juice turned out really well

Fantastic Marinade! I used Orange juice as I had no Pineapple juice, and it made the steaks absolutely delicious!!!

My husband and I tried this steak marinade recipe about a month ago and it turned out great!!! I halved the entire recipe (which sometimes still seems like too much) and marinated 3-4 petite sirloin steaks in a gallon ziploc bag. To cut down on the sodium I use both less sodium soy and worcestershire sauce. I also use lemon juice instead of pineapple (it’s more likely to be in my fridge than pineapple juice).

Then we grilled the steaks using Bobby Flay’s Perfectly Grilled Steak method. We didn’t brush it with oil though, because it was already marinated in oil. Do season with kosher salt! The steaks were packed with flavor and super juicy. It was so good we’re making it again tomorrow!

Thanks for this recipe. I’ve searched for years for a marinade that would truly penetrate the meat. I have tried other homemade recipes, bottled brands, even injections and nothing seemed to work. This recipe is wonderful. Everytime I do steak this is my go to recipe. It can get expensive when your husband asks for steak every week with T-Bone Tom’s marinade!! The only thing I did different was to cut the recipe in half and use 2 strip steaks instead. It’s the bomb!

Thank you so much for sharing this!! We tried it yesterday and my husband said it was (if not the best one of the best steak he ever had. It’s a keeper.

I thought it was good, but the Worcestershire was an overwhelming flavor. I would use less of it next time. I added more pineapple juice because i like the sweet flavor of it on steak. I’m eating leftovers right now!
