Ingredients

  1. Two 8- to 10-ounce beef tenderloin steaks (about 1 1/2 inches thick)
  2. 2 to 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  3. 3 tablespoons Cajun Select Steak Seasoning, recipe follows
  4. 2 tablespoons granulated garlic
  5. 2 tablespoons paprika
  6. 2 tablespoons kosher salt
  7. 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
  8. 1 tablespoon onion powder
  9. 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  10. 1 tablespoon sugar
  11. 1 tablespoon turmeric
  12. 1 teaspoon dried basil
  13. 1 teaspoon ground celery seed
  14. 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat a grill for cooking over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the steaks to a large plate and drizzle with the Worcestershire. Heavily season the tops and bottoms of the steaks with the Cajun Select Steak Seasoning. This will form a nice crust.
  3. Grill the steaks to desired doneness, 6 minutes per side for medium-rare (125 degrees F). Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
  4. Blend together the granulated garlic, paprika, salt, cayenne, onion powder, black pepper, sugar, turmeric, basil, celery seed and oregano in a bowl until combined. Store in an airtight jar for up to 6 months.
