Only changes; added a diced onion, used half veg broth and half water, no salt (ham and kielbasa are salty) and simmered this for almost 35 min in total. My husband really liked this. I thought was okay-good but I liked how easy it was and minimal ingredients. It is very hearty and filling dish – and makes a LOT! Great budget meal. Thanks Amy.

Simple, quick, and very flavorful! It’s a great meal to make when you really don’t feel like laboring greatly. 🙂
