Reviews
I made it with Kettle & Fire Vegetable Broth instead of water. It was so easy and delicious! Will make again!
I added kale. This was sooo good! I am making it again and again. Very easy to make. Thank you!
Very simple but very tasty.
This was an easy recipe. I added all ingredients to my slow cooker and left it. Very flavorful and filling. I added salt after it was done cooking..adding salt to lentils before they’re done could keep them hard and uncooked. I definitely will make this again. I think next time I will add zucchini or different veggies.
I used no salt chicken broth in place of water, tasted it half way through cooking and found it a bit on the thin side so I added a can of Canelli beans but mashed about 1/3 of the can to thicken it up.Other then that a good soup, and lots of leftovers so I filled a few containers and froze it for another day. Thank you for the recipe. June 10/2020.
