Ingredients
- 6 cups cubed seedless watermelon
- 10 fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Add the watermelon to a blender and blend until pureed. Add the mint leaves and blend for about 15 seconds. Pour into a loaf pan and place in the freezer until frozen, about 6 hours or overnight.

I made this with a blender full of watermelon, but I put in too much mint. It was overpowering. But I can see how it can be fresh & tasty. I may try it again.
