Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon hemp seed hearts
- 1 small banana, sliced
- 3 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- One 3.5-ounce package frozen açai (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup baby spinach or 1/4 cup frozen spinach
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
Instructions
- Add the mango, oats, orange juice, pineapple, flax, hemp, banana and 1/2 cup of the almond milk to a blender with 1 1/2 cups ice. Blend until smooth. Divide about one-third of the smoothie between two 16-ounce glasses.
- Add the raspberries, strawberries and 1 1/2 cups almond milk to the remaining smoothie in the blender and blend until smooth. Divide half of the smoothie gently between the glasses, leaving the layers intact.
- Add the açai, spinach, blueberries and remaining 1 cup almond milk to the remaining smoothie in the blender and blend until smooth. Divide the smoothie gently between the glasses, leaving the layers intact. Serve immediately.
