Ingredients

  1. 2 cups chopped mixed greens (such as kale, spinach, and/or Swiss chard)
  2. 1 1/2 cups cold coconut water
  3. 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  4. 1 green apple, peeled and chopped
  5. 1/2 avocado
  6. 2 teaspoons greens powder
  7. 2 teaspoons honey or agave
  8. 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  9. 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Blend the greens, coconut water, pineapple, apple, avocado, greens powder, honey, ginger, lemon juice and 1 cup ice in a blender until smooth. Pour into a glass.
