Yum
AWESOME! I cut everything in half and used orange pineapple juice and vanilla Greek yogurt. Was a great item to test my new Vitamix blender. Will be making it often.
Oh my that is good and pretty too! Only change was to make it for one, used agave rather than honey and not decrease amount of Greek yogurt keeping 20g protein per serving.
Easy, quick, tasty. Will be a regular at my house!
So good! I have been making these way before I even saw it on TV! I buy mixed frozen fruit that includes mango, peaches, pineapple and strawberries. But I like to use vanilla yogurt/vanilla greek yogurt because its sweet and then I leave out the honey. Sometimes I leave the yogurt out. And instead of carrots, try a handful of spinach for calcium!
Way to high in sugar carbs.
This orange smoothie was delish. Also, having it frozen mimics a push-up ice cream pop. I will make again.
Just made this to start off my day totally AWESOME….will continue to drink this for breakfast!!
