Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups mango chunks
- 1/4 cup seedless red grapes
- 2 strawberries
- 1/4 banana, chunked
- 1 handful kale leaves
- 1 cup milk (whole, 2 percent, soy, almond, etc.)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Put the mango, grapes, strawberries, banana and kale into a blender, then add the milk, yogurt and honey. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust the sweetness or creaminess…whatever it needs! Add ice if desired.

I take this one step further. I mix up all the fruit and veggies, freeze in an ice tray, then transfer cubes to a freezer bag. Pop them into a to-go cup and pour in fluids. By the time I get where I am going the cubes have melted and the smoothie is ready!

Delicious! I used agave to sweeten it and it turned out great. Our 12 year old begs me to make it more often. I wish you posted the ingredients to your other ones you showed in the freezer though!!!
