Ingredients

  1. 1 green teabag
  2. 1 cup (250 milliliters) boiling water
  3. 1 cup (250 milliliters) frozen pineapple chunks
  4. 1 frozen banana
  5. 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) packed baby spinach
  6. 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) frozen cauliflower florets
  7. 2 teaspoons (10 milliliters) fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Add the teabag to a mug and pour in the boiling water. Let the tea steep for exactly 3 minutes. Remove the teabag and discard, and let the tea cool for 10 minutes.
  2. Blend the green tea, pineapple, banana, spinach, cauliflower and lemon juice in a blender on high until smooth, 30 to 45 seconds. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
