Ingredients
- 1 green teabag
- 1 cup (250 milliliters) boiling water
- 1 cup (250 milliliters) frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) packed baby spinach
- 1/2 cup (125 milliliters) frozen cauliflower florets
- 2 teaspoons (10 milliliters) fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Add the teabag to a mug and pour in the boiling water. Let the tea steep for exactly 3 minutes. Remove the teabag and discard, and let the tea cool for 10 minutes.
- Blend the green tea, pineapple, banana, spinach, cauliflower and lemon juice in a blender on high until smooth, 30 to 45 seconds. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
