Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries, plus sliced strawberries, for garnish
- 2 cups pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup skim milk or almond milk
- 1/2 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 avocado
- 6 to 8 ice cubes
Instructions
- Add the strawberries, pineapple, milk, baby spinach, yogurt, bananas, avocado and ice to a blender and blend until smooth, thick and creamy. Pour into 4 glasses and garnish with sliced strawberries.
