Ingredients

  1. 2 cups strawberries, plus sliced strawberries, for garnish
  2. 2 cups pineapple chunks
  3. 1/2 cup skim milk or almond milk
  4. 1/2 cup baby spinach
  5. 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  6. 2 frozen bananas
  7. 1/2 avocado
  8. 6 to 8 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add the strawberries, pineapple, milk, baby spinach, yogurt, bananas, avocado and ice to a blender and blend until smooth, thick and creamy. Pour into 4 glasses and garnish with sliced strawberries.
