Ingredients

  1. 1 cup almond milk or yogurt
  2. 3 tablespoons almond butter
  3. 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  4. 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder, optional
  5. 1 tablespoon honey
  6. 4 to 6 ice cubes
  7. 1 banana, cut into 1-inch pieces and frozen
  8. 1 tablespoon sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. In the pitcher of a blender, add the almond milk, almond butter, chia seeds, cocoa powder if using, honey, ice cubes and banana slices, and blend until smooth. Garnish with the sliced almonds to serve.
