Ingredients

  1. 1½ apples, halved, seeded, quartered
  2. ¾ cup (180 ml) low fat vanilla yogurt
  3. 1 Tablespoon brown sugar or other sweetener, to taste
  4. ½ teaspoon apple pie spice
  5. 1 cup (240 ml) ice cubes

Instructions

  1. 1.Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. 2.Select Variable 1.
  3. 3.Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
  4. 4.Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached.
