Thomas Holland
One of the best smoothies since I started dieting
Lindsay Hill
It takes like the almond milk and I am very disappointed that I wasted my fruits.
Tara Smith
It was the worst smoothie I ever tried and made

Great Smoothie! Great taste and I so enjoy a smoothie as a meal.  It’s nutritious and easy to take on the go.  I have easily lost weight doing this and keeping frozen fruit in the freezer!   I watch my calories closely so I revise the serving size and the amount of milk. I knew I was going to add whey protein.

MY VERSION: 1/2 banana, 1/4c blueberries, 1/4c strawberries, 1/4c mango, 11/2c almond milk, 1tbsp whey protein…(maybe water for right consistency). Total Calories: 217

I used fresh fruit and really enjoyed my first smoothie.

I think the ratio of milk is too high for the banana.  The banana flavor gets lost.  Otherwise its pretty straight forward.

Delicious! I first tried it with frozen strawberries, but then substituted it with frozen raspberries and it was even better. Definitely making it again!
