Slow Cooker BBQ Pulled Chicken

This dish cooks in the slow cooker and is delicious, smoky, and simple to prepare without the use of a grill or smoker. Any bread will do; my husband and I adore this meal on freshly baked or toasted onion rolls. I occasionally serve it with coleslaw and fries. Enjoy.
