Ingredients
- 1 cup garlic-seasoned rice wine vinegar
- ⅓ cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons wasabi paste
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
Instructions
- Whisk together rice wine vinegar, honey, soy sauce, wasabi paste, sesame oil, lime juice, and ginger in a medium bowl until combined.

The guys liked this more than I did, but it was just OK for us. I was making won ton soup for dinner and wanted a dressing to go on our salad that would go along with the soup. It wasn’t inedible, just not to my personal tastes, but it was fun to try. Thanks for sharing. 🙂
