Ingredients
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- ¼ tablespoon tahini sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch salt (Optional)
Instructions
- Whisk yogurt and tahini together in a bowl until well blended. Add garlic, parsley, lemon juice, and salt; mix well. If not using immediately, place in a sealed container and refrigerate until use.

I enjoyed this as a vegetable dip, and it was quite tasty. I would probably cook the garlic before adding to the sauce next time, as having it raw was a bit hot. Other than that, I thought this was good. Also: 1/4 tablespoon is about 3/4 tsp of the tahini. I eyeballed that amount, and probably added more than that. Thanks for the recipe!
I would call this recipe the sauce with tahini, but still, it’s a good variation with fresh garlic and yogurt for grilled summer vegies. Instead of regular yogurt, you can use thick labneh, drizzle with extra olive oil and add some dukkah spice mix!
