The chicken, fish, rare meat, steaming vegetables (particularly asparagus, broccoli, or cauliflower), whole grains, and wild rice all taste fantastic with this cream cheese hollandaise sauce.

Don’t be fooled because this only has a few ingredients. This could easily become your go to marinade forever. Savory, sweet, spicey smokey, herbalicious, addicting. Crank the heat up or down with the chili flakes. Just perfect. If I was a tri-tip, I’d be insulted if you didn’t marinade me in this before I was lovingly heated to 130°.
Excellent marinade!! These were some of the best steaks we’ve ever eaten! Will make again. Didn’t measure ingredients exactly, just eyeballed it. Put in Food Saver marinator box. SOOOOO GOOOD!
This is my favorite marinade for beef! Its a thicker sauce and sticks well to the meat. Recipe is very forgiving and easy to substitute items if you don’t happen to have the exact ingredients in hand.
I’m not a fan of this recipe. I thought the marinade overpowered the flavor of the meat. Won’t be making this again.
I used zesty Italian dressing. This recipe is very easy and so tasty! Love it!
Great choice! Loved it.
Easy and delicious! I forgot the garlic pepper but had used salt and pepper first on a big sirloin steak. Cut the recipe down and covered the steak, left it in fridge more than 24 hrs (forgot about that too) then broiled the steak. it was tender with great flavor. Thanks for a great marinade!
Love this marinade!! Easy. Delicious. What more could you ask for…
Delicious! My wife and mother in-law loved it.Will definitely add it to the regular menu

Easy and delicious!
SO SO SO Good!!! Loved this! I used Stubbs sugar free BBQ sauce and fat free Italian dressing and it was amazing. Family loved it, and leftovers tasted even better the next day.
Followed recipe and used it for steak tips that were then grilled. Would make again and, in fact, it has has peaked an interest in marinades. Usually just use BBQ sauce last few minutes of grilling.
This recipe is great! We find there is plenty for 5lbs of tips.
This marinade has an excellent flavor. I cut sirloin into bite-sized pieces and marinated for about 11 hours before grilling. This gave it time for the flavor to really soak in. The meat wasn’t as tender as I would have liked, however, this may be due to the quality of the meat not the marinade.
I’ve made this twice now, and while we all liked it, we all agreed that it’s too sweet, even though the BBQ sauce I use is a little spicy. I will make it again for sure, but I”ll be using less BBQ sauce next time. Used garlic powder instead of the garlic pepper, since I don’t know what that is.
Made no changes. Came out great. Will make again
Delicious marinade! I did not have Italian dressing so I used what I had on hand, Yasou Greek dressing…it was absolutely scrumptious! Fiancee’ thought I figured out the marinade from a restaurant that makes our favorite tips! Of course I adjusted the grill time due to the size of my tips so they came out medium rare. Highly recommend this easy marinade!
The flavor was good. 10 minutes/side was too well done for us. Next time I’ll only go about 7 minutes/side.
This marinade is my new favorite BBQ ever. It is indeed a special sauce that would make lots of things taste awesome
Marinade was too overpowering for the steak, I honestly couldn’t finish it. May work out better if I brown the meat and then roast it in the oven for awhile instead of just grilling, so I may try this again later at some point.
