I use this marinade on skinless, boneless chicken thighs since it is so simple. Grill them if you decide to keep them whole. You may stir-fry them with vegetables like celery and onion if you don’t have a grill.

Reviews
very simple and easy to make. I did cut soy sauce in half, mine on hand is a little too salty served it over rice and I added more sriracha to mine since my roommate is not a spicy person
Wow the flavor! I used low sodium soy sauce. These were spicy but very very good! Need a quick marinade this is it.
3.14.22 I used garlic paste and cilantro in the tubes (Gourmet Garden®), so this REALLY was a super easy marinade to make. It does have a kick to it, so if you’re at all sensitive to heat, you may want to add less sriracha, then taste, and add more if it suits you. We really enjoyed this, took just a few minutes to grill, and served with Ginger Cucumber Salad and Apricot-Cranberry Israeli Couscous, both recipes from this site. Thanks for sharing, this one’s a keeper.
