My family enjoys this somewhat spicy marinade so much that we’ve boiled it down, added tomato sauce, and created a basting/barbecue sauce out of it. Put the steaks in a sealable plastic bag and add the marinade. For the finest flavor and tenderness, let the meat rest for at least two hours and ideally overnight.

Ingredients
- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon minced onion
- ½ teaspoon minced garlic
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Combine water, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, mustard, onion, garlic, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- You can substitute 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder for the minced garlic and 1 teaspoon onion powder for the minced onion if desired.

Goes great on the grill when your cooking up steak! Would totally recommend using this marinade always.
Pretty average, I made it per recipe. Needs some tweaking on ingredient amounts. Ingredients do go together.
