Salad Dressing with Walnuts

An excellent fall outfit. I season the salad with walnut oil and top it with a big handful of ground walnuts.

Ingredients

  1. 4 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
  2. 4 tablespoons walnut oil
  3. 2 teaspoons white sugar
  4. 1 teaspoon salt
  5. 4 tablespoons heavy cream
  6. 3 tablespoons coarsely ground walnuts

Instructions

  1. Combine white balsamic vinegar, walnut oil, sugar, and salt in a cup and mix well. Stir in cream and mix well. Add to a salad of your choice and sprinkle with ground walnuts.
